COVID-19 SAFETY AND YOU

The health and safety of our staff and guests are of paramount importance to us.

The following practices and protocols have been introduced specifically in response to the Coronavirus pandemic. We are continuing to monitor and respond to the ongoing circumstances surrounding COVID-19 and local government regulations, and therefore we may update our policies accordingly in the future. Please check back here from time to time and make sure you subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates.

Rest assured; we have taken every precaution to keep you and everyone as safe as possible, and provide peace of mind to make the most of your time with us.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Before leaving home you will complete your check-in using our online check-in service (see your Confirmation letter for details). Starting from the 12th November 2020 this will issue you with a TradeWinds contact-less Boarding Pass.

Please be aware that we will NOT provide mask and snorkel. If you wish to snorkel you MUST bring your own mask and snorkel. Fins will be available.

Wanting to Dive? If so, please be aware that as well as NOT providing masks and snorkels we will NOT provide dive regulators. You MUST bring your own dive regulator. Fins, Buoyancy control devices (BCD) and weight belts will be available for when diving is permitted. Please remember to pack your dive card and, if over 60, on medication or recovering from COVID-19, your Doctors note.

Please note that it is your responsibility to monitor travel restrictions, requirements and protocols. To assist you with this we maintain information in the destination section of our website. This includes Country specific travel restrictions, entry requirements and protocols (e.g. requirements for negative PCR test results and on-line health questionnaires as required for entry into the country). Please make sure you read them along with our newsletters for any updates.

Whilst we supply appropriate PPE for our crew and staff we cannot provide this for you. YOU MUST bring your own washable / re-usable face masks.
